Shipping and Returns

SHIPPING POLICY
Apparel items are fulfilled and shipped by Myscelf. Orders typically ship within 3-5 business days. We currently ship Monday - Friday, and only offer USPS & UPS for shipping. Receiving an email saying your item has shipped does not necessarily mean it will be shipped that day; it means your order was processed for shipment.

Partner brand products are fulfilled directly by each brand. Shipping times vary depending on the partner’s policies and warehouse location.

Multiple Shipments
If your order includes items from more than one brand, your products may arrive in separate packages.

RETURNS POLICY

Apparel Returns
You may return any unworn apparel item within 30 days of delivery. Please contact support to begin a return.

Partner Brand Product Returns
Because partner brands fulfill their own products, each brand’s return policy applies. If you have an issue with a partner product, contact us first and we’ll direct you to the correct brand or handle communication on your behalf.
